Our Story
After working more than 20 years in the legal industry, Logic Legal Solutions, Inc. was formed by Founder and CEO, Peggy Silva. Throughout my professional career, I saw an overwhelming need for quality, affordable and collaborative legal help for people who want to be in control of their legal destiny and make a choice to avoid costly litigation through the court process. Let’s be honest; most people don’t have the financial resources to spend thousands of dollars arguing about kids, property, retirements; why not sit down and work together to reach an enforceable global resolution that works for both parties?
I have also found there are times when self-represented litigants need a little procedural direction or assistance completing pleadings, getting documents filed at the courthouse or served on counsel or parties. Most people don’t even know where to start or how to meet procedural state and local legal guidelines.
I will share with you that you can’t know how many times I ask friends and family, “Do you have an estate plan?” You might be surprised to learn 9 out of 10 people tell me, “I don’t have an estate plan.” When I ask people why they don’t have an estate plan, by far the response I get is: cost. Estate planning is as necessary as having mortgage insurance, it really is. Founder & CEO
As the CEO of Logic Legal Solutions, Inc., Peggy Silva is responsible for running all facets of the business. Peggy has a proven executive management track record and over 20 years of experience legal industry. Before forming Logic Legal Solutions, Inc. Peggy worked for highly acclaimed Family Law firms in Kings and Tulare Counties where she was responsible for all aspects of cases in Family Law, Estate Planning and Dependency Law. Before transitioning into Family Law, Peggy worked with top-litigators in the areas of Civil Litigation, Criminal Law, Municipal Law, Business Law, and Writs and Appeals. She earned her undergraduate degree as a Paralegal in 1996, and her Juris Doctorate from San Joaquin College of Law; passing the California State Bar in 2008. While in law school, Peggy participated in collaborative mediation in the Family Law Mediation Clinic and represented her school in Moot Court Competition.
